Role Overview

The Vice President will lead client coverage and execution, originating and delivering financing and advisory solutions for the bank’s most important relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own a portfolio of corporate and sovereign clients.
• Originate M&A, capital markets, and financing opportunities.
• Lead execution teams across products and geographies.
• Build sector knowledge and client plans with product partners.
• Ensure credit, compliance, and documentation standards.
• Represent the bank with clients, advisors, and regulators.
• Coach associates and analysts; build the coverage bench.
• Contribute to regional strategy and sector priorities.

Requirements:

• 8-12 years in corporate or investment banking coverage.
• Transaction record across M&A, capital markets, or financing.
• Established GCC client network; UAE exposure preferred.
• Strong credit and product literacy across asset classes.
• CFA or progress toward it preferred; degree in finance or economics.
• Dubai-based; regional travel expected.
• Polished client communication in English; Arabic an advantage.
