Role Overview

The Finance Director will head the finance function, owning the revenue cycle, payer economics, and the investment planning for growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead finance: revenue cycle, reporting, and treasury.
• Own payer negotiations and pricing strategy.
• Improve revenue-cycle performance and collections.
• Deliver capital planning for new facilities.
• Run audit, tax, and statutory compliance.
• Provide the board with financial analysis and forecasts.
• Manage insurer and regulator relationships.
• Build the finance team’s healthcare analytics skills.

Requirements:

• 12+ years in finance, with healthcare experience.
• Revenue-cycle and payer-negotiation depth.
• Multi-site healthcare finance leadership.
• Recognized accounting qualification preferred.
• Doha-based or ready to relocate.
• Degree in finance or accounting.
• English; Arabic an advantage; analytical calm.
