Role Overview

The Strategy Director will lead the strategy function, owning planning, programme design, and the performance governance leadership relies on.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the strategy and planning cycle.

• Run strategy reviews with senior leadership.

Requirements:

• 12+ years in strategy, with government or public-sector exposure.
• Programme design and performance-governance experience.
• National-planning or transformation programme background.
• Arabic and English fluency.
• Riyadh-based or ready to relocate.
• Degree in economics, public policy, or business; master’s preferred.
• Patient with process; relentless on outcomes.
