Role Overview

The Managing Director will carry responsibility for portfolio performance and growth, leading asset-level teams, brand relationships, and the development agenda across hotels, leisure, and food-and-beverage.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own group P&L across hotels, leisure assets, and food-and-beverage operations.
• Lead asset-level turnaround and performance plans with general managers.
• Drive the openings pipeline from construction handover to stabilized trading.
• Manage brand, owner, and investor relationships across the portfolio.
• Set service, quality, and guest-experience standards group-wide.
• Direct commercial strategy: sales, distribution, digital, and revenue management.
• Build Qatari talent pipelines and national development programmes.
• Represent the group with tourism authorities, lenders, and joint-venture partners.

Requirements:

• 15+ years in hospitality leadership, including 5+ as Managing Director, area director, or equivalent.
• Multi-property P&L experience with branded and independent hotels.
• Proven openings experience from pre-opening to stabilization.
• Strong commercial grasp of distribution, revenue management, and food-and-beverage.
• Regional experience in the GCC; Qatar market exposure preferred.
• Degree in hospitality management or business; MBA a plus.
• English fluency; Arabic an advantage; polished stakeholder presence.
