Role Overview

The Senior Vice President will own the projects portfolio end-to-end, from front-end planning through execution to handover, setting the delivery system every project runs on.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own the portfolio: schedule, cost, safety, and quality.
• Lead project directors and the projects organization.
• Set the project delivery system: stage gates, controls, and assurance.
• Drive contractor and engineering performance management.
• Manage executive interfaces with clients and partners.
• Direct resource planning: people, plant, and engineering.
• Ensure readiness for commissioning and operations.
• Report portfolio health to the chief executive and board.

Requirements:

• 20+ years in energy or infrastructure project delivery.
• Experience leading multi-billion-dollar portfolios.
• Deep engineering-procurement-construction background; owner-side experience preferred.
• Familiarity with giga-programme governance in Saudi Arabia.
• Degree in engineering; PMP or equivalent preferred.
• Riyadh-based or ready to relocate.
• Composure under scrutiny; systems-level thinking.
