Role Overview

The Senior Vice President will lead a business line end-to-end, owning its P&L, customer outcomes, and the transformation programmes that secure its future.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own the line of business P&L and growth agenda.
• Lead product, distribution, and service teams.
• Drive digital adoption and customer-experience measures.
• Deliver regulatory obligations and risk standards.
• Sponsor major change programmes within the line.
• Build the leadership bench and succession depth.
• Represent the business with regulators and partners.
• Contribute to enterprise strategy as a senior executive.

Requirements:

• 15+ years in financial services, with 5+ in executive roles.
• P&L leadership of a product line or distribution network.
• Experience with regulated risk and compliance regimes.
• Change leadership on digital or service transformations.
• Toronto-based; hybrid arrangements.
• Degree in business or economics; MBA preferred.
• Bilingual English and French an asset.

What We Offer:

• A base salary of $165,000-$215,000 with bonus and pension.
