Role Overview

The Regional Director will own the region’s P&L and growth agenda, leading country managers, solution sales, and partner ecosystems across Asia-Pacific.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own APAC revenue, margin, and pipeline targets across the portfolio.
• Lead and develop country managers and solution sales teams.
• Direct go-to-market plans by market, segment, and solution line.
• Grow the partner ecosystem with global integrators and local champions.
• Drive strategic pursuits with banks, telcos, and public-sector clients.
• Coordinate delivery, pre-sales, and customer success across markets.
• Represent the region in global planning and product councils.
• Ensure compliance and governance across all operating markets.

Requirements:

• 12+ years in enterprise technology sales or leadership, with 5+ at regional level.
• Proven P&L ownership across multiple APAC markets.
• Credibility with C-level buyers in banking, telecom, or government.
• Experience building partner channels alongside direct sales.
• Based in or willing to relocate to Kuala Lumpur; frequent regional travel.
• Degree in business or technology; MBA a plus.
• English fluency; additional Asian languages an advantage.
