Role Overview

The Director of Operations will own venue and event operations, leading site teams and the safety, licensing, and vendor systems events run on.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own event and venue operational delivery.
• Lead venue managers and production teams.
• Run licensing, permits, and compliance.
• Own crowd safety and emergency procedures.
• Manage vendors, security, and medical services.
• Plan seasons and major event calendars.
• Own P&L for events and venues.
• Develop national talent in operations roles.

Requirements:

• 12+ years in events or venue operations, with 5+ at director level.
• Large-scale event delivery experience.
• Safety and crowd-management credentials.
• Licensing and regulatory experience in the region.
• Riyadh-based; Arabic and English.
• Degree in events management or business.
• Composed in the countdown; meticulous after.
