Role Overview

The Managing Director will hold overall responsibility for the group’s performance, leading brand-by-brand plans across sales, aftersales, and financial services while building the leadership team and governance the next decade demands.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver group revenue, profitability, and market-share targets across all represented brands.
• Own the manufacturer relationships, meeting franchise standards and network development milestones.
• Lead dealership operations spanning new and used vehicle sales, service, parts, and finance.
• Champion digital retail, CRM adoption, and customer satisfaction improvements group-wide.
• Prepare the network for electrification, new mobility services, and evolving franchise models.
• Build Saudi talent pipelines and nationalization targets in line with Vision 2030.
• Direct capital expenditure planning for facilities, tooling, and technology.
• Represent the group with manufacturers, regulators, banks, and strategic partners.

Requirements:

• 15+ years in automotive retail or distribution, including 5+ leading a multi-site, multi-brand operation.
• Proven results in dealership P&L, manufacturer relations, and customer satisfaction indices.
• Deep knowledge of the Saudi automotive landscape and its regulatory environment.
• Experience with network expansion, facility programmes, and digital retail rollouts.
• Strong commercial and financial acumen with disciplined cost management.
• Degree in business or engineering; MBA preferred.
• Bilingual Arabic and English; visible leadership across large workforces.
