Role Overview

The Group General Manager will lead the cluster, owning each property’s performance and the shared systems that make the whole exceed its parts.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own cluster P&L across all properties.
• Lead property general managers and cluster functions.
• Set and audit service standards across the portfolio.
• Drive commercial strategy: pricing, distribution, and segmentation.
• Manage owner and brand relationships for the cluster.
• Direct talent: succession, development, and mobility.
• Sponsor capital expenditure and renovation programmes.
• Represent the cluster in brand and owner forums.

Requirements:

• 20+ years in hotels, with 5+ as General Manager of a luxury property or cluster head.
• Multi-property leadership or strong property plus area exposure.
• Proven P&L and brand-standard results.
• Owner-relations credibility in the Gulf.
• Dubai-based; travel across the cluster.
• Degree in hospitality management.
• English; Arabic an advantage; standards-obsessed.
