Role Overview

The Finance Director will lead the finance function, owning costing, controls, and the capital planning that supports expansion.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead group finance: reporting, controls, and treasury.
• Own product costing and margin analytics.
• Run working capital and credit management.
• Deliver capital expenditure planning and investment cases.
• Own audit, tax, and statutory compliance.
• Support export markets with trade finance.
• Improve data quality and reporting from the core systems.
• Develop the finance team across sites.

Requirements:

• 12+ years in finance, with manufacturing experience.
• Costing and multi-site controls depth.
• Working-capital management record.
• Recognized accounting qualification; degree in finance.
• Kuala Lumpur-based; plant visits weekly.
• Bahasa Malaysia and English.
• Analytical; insistent on accuracy.
