Role Overview

The Executive Vice President will head the digital and innovation portfolio, owning strategy, investment allocation, and the operating models that let new businesses scale.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own the digital portfolio strategy and investment case.
• Lead digital business leaders and shared platform teams.
• Drive fintech, media, and enterprise services growth.
• Run the venture build process: ideate, incubate, scale.
• Partner with the core telco on network and data assets.
• Own digital P&Ls and their financing needs.
• Attract and retain scarce digital talent.
• Engage the board on portfolio performance and pivots.

Requirements:

• 18+ years in digital businesses, with 5+ at executive level.
• Portfolio leadership of multiple digital P&Ls.
• Telecom, fintech, or media operating depth.
• Venture-building credentials inside corporations.
• Kuala Lumpur based; regional travel.
• Degree in business or technology; MBA a plus.
• Entrepreneurial resilience with executive polish.
