Role Overview

The General Manager will own the company’s operational and commercial performance, leading service delivery, contracts, and the growth of technical services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own company P&L and contract profitability.
• Lead operations, technical services, and account teams.
• Drive client retention and contract renewals.
• Win new business in hard services and specialist cleaning.
• Ensure health, safety, and environment compliance and audit readiness.
• Own labour productivity and rostering.
• Introduce systems for facilities management and reporting.
• Develop supervisors and frontline leaders.

Requirements:

• 15+ years in facility services, with 5+ as General Manager or operations director.
• Hard and soft services delivery experience.
• Contract P&L and client-relationship ownership.
• Safety leadership in labour-intensive operations.
• Doha-based or ready to relocate.
• Degree in engineering or facilities management.
• English; additional languages an advantage; visible on sites.
