Role Overview

The Regional Director will own regional performance across the network, driving clinical service growth, operational quality, and the leadership pipelines each market needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own regional clinical, operational, and financial performance.
• Lead country directors and hospital leadership teams.
• Drive accreditation, quality, and patient-safety standards.
• Grow service lines: specialty care, diagnostics, and digital health.
• Direct capacity planning, staffing, and workforce development.
• Represent the group with ministries and regulators.
• Embed a culture of clinical governance and accountability.
• Deliver integration synergies across the network.

Requirements:

• 15+ years in healthcare leadership, including multi-site or regional responsibility.
• Experience with hospital operations at country-director level or above.
• Familiarity with international accreditation regimes.
• Strong workforce-planning and physician-engagement skills.
• Regional GCC experience; Saudi market exposure preferred.
• Degree in health administration, medicine, or business.
• Arabic and English proficiency; calm, credible leadership.
