Role Overview

The Head of Department (Supply Chain & Procurement) will head supply chain and procurement, owning service levels, cost, and the resilience of the regional network.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead planning, procurement, and logistics teams.
• Own availability, forecast accuracy, and on-time delivery.
• Run sourcing, negotiations, and supplier governance.
• Manage warehousing, freight, and customs operations.

Requirements:

• 12+ years in supply chain, with 5+ leading a department.
• Planning and procurement at consumer-goods scale.
• ASEAN sourcing and logistics experience.
• Systems background: enterprise planning platforms.
• Kuala Lumpur-based; regional travel.
• Degree in logistics, engineering, or business.
• Bahasa Malaysia and English; operational rigor.
