Role Overview

The Group General Manager will run the group’s operations and commercial performance, leading property general managers and the group functions behind them.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own group P&L across the London portfolio.
• Lead property general managers, revenue, and group finance.
• Drive room-revenue growth in a competitive market.
• Set service standards and mystery-audit performance.
• Own key distribution relationships.
• Sponsor renovations and product upgrades.
• Develop general-manager succession across the group.
• Represent the group with owners and brands.

Requirements:

• 18+ years in hotels, with 5+ as a London general manager or cluster head.
• Central London market experience.
• Proven revenue and guest-satisfaction results.
• Renovation and product-upgrade leadership.
• London-based; travel between properties.
• Degree in hospitality management.
• Warm, precise leadership.
