Role Overview

The General Manager will run the company’s operations and growth, owning service quality, occupancy, and the commercial performance of every managed asset.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own company P&L and portfolio performance.
• Lead property management, leasing, and owner services.
• Drive occupancy, rent collection, and tenant satisfaction.

Requirements:

• 15+ years in real estate services, with 5+ as General Manager.
• Property management and leasing P&L experience.
• Institutional landlord relationship credentials.
• Knowledge of Saudi real estate regulation.
• Jeddah-based or ready to relocate.
• Degree in real estate, business, or finance.
• Arabic and English; service-obsessed leadership.
