Role Overview

The Finance Director will head finance, owning planning, reporting, and the analytical infrastructure the company runs on.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own planning and analysis: plans, forecasts, and scenarios.
• Report board and investor metrics on subscription economics.
• Run cash planning and runway management.
• Own billing, revenue recognition, and receivables.
• Build models for pricing and expansion economics.
• Coordinate audit, tax, and compliance.
• Partner with sales and customer success on targets.
• Lead and grow the finance team.

Requirements:

• 10+ years in finance, with SaaS or technology experience.
• Deep fluency in subscription metrics and revenue recognition.
• Investor-facing reporting experience.
• Recognized accounting or finance qualification preferred.
• Vancouver-based; hybrid arrangements.
• Degree in finance or accounting.
• Builds models; challenges assumptions.
