Role Overview

The Group General Manager will own the resorts’ combined performance, leading each property team and the group functions that support them.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own group P&L across all resorts.
• Lead resort managers and group functions.
• Drive room revenue and occupancy through the seasons.
• Own guest experience and review-platform performance.
• Direct food-and-beverage strategy and signature experiences.
• Prepare properties for peak seasons and events.
• Manage owner and online-travel-agent relationships.
• Develop local talent into leadership.

Requirements:

• 18+ years in resorts or hotels, with 5+ as resort General Manager.
• Multi-property or large-resort leadership.
• Leisure segment and online distribution commercial depth.
• Food-and-beverage and experience-curation credentials.
• Based in Malaysia; inter-resort travel.
• Degree in hospitality management.
• English; additional Asian languages an advantage.
