Role Overview

The General Manager will own the hotel’s performance and reputation, leading every department and setting the standards guests remember.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own hotel P&L: rooms, food and beverage, and ancillary revenues.
• Lead department heads and the executive committee.
• Set and inspect service standards daily.
• Drive occupancy, rate, and distribution strategy.
• Own guest satisfaction and online reputation.
• Manage owner relations and asset expectations.
• Lead renovation and product-improvement plans.
• Develop national talent and succession plans.

Requirements:

• 15+ years in luxury hotels, with 5+ as General Manager or hotel manager.
• Ultra-luxury or five-star flagship experience.
• Proven P&L and guest-satisfaction results.
• Owner-relations experience in the Middle East.
• Dubai-based or ready to relocate.
• Degree in hospitality management.
• English fluency; Arabic an advantage; impeccable presence.
