Role Overview

The Vice President will lead financial planning and analysis, capital planning, and management reporting, elevating the quality of decision-making across the group.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the annual plan, quarterly forecasts, and long-range models.
• Run capital allocation analysis and investment cases.
• Own management reporting for the board and executives.
• Partner with operating companies on performance improvement.
• Coordinate with treasury, tax, and external reporting.
• Drive tooling: planning systems, dashboards, and data quality.
• Build the FP&A team and its capabilities.
• Support transactions with analysis and diligence.

Requirements:

• 10+ years in finance, with 5+ leading FP&A at scale.
• Credible modelling and capital-allocation experience.
• Comfort presenting to boards and senior committees.
• CPA, CFA, or MBA strongly preferred.
• Experience with planning systems and modern analytics.
• Toronto-based; hybrid arrangements possible.
• Curious, commercial, and rigorous.
