Role Overview

The Regional Director will own the region’s commercial and operational performance, leading market development, technical operations, and accreditation growth across MENA.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own regional revenue, profitability, and market-share targets.
• Lead country teams across the Gulf, Levant, and North Africa.
• Grow key accounts with multinationals, contractors, and government clients.
• Direct laboratory strategy, capacity, and accreditation scope.
• Ensure technical integrity and consistent service quality.
• Drive digitalization of inspection and certification workflows.
• Manage regulator relationships and industry-body engagement.
• Develop local technical talent and nationalization plans.

Requirements:

• 12+ years in testing, inspection, and certification or technical services, with 5+ leading a region.
• Working knowledge of ISO standards and accreditation regimes.
• Commercial track record with industrial and government clients.
• Experience managing multi-country technical operations.
• Degree in engineering or quality management.
• Dubai-based or ready to relocate; regional travel essential.
• English fluency; Arabic a strong advantage.
