Role Overview

The Chief Executive Officer (CEO) will provide strategic, commercial, and operational leadership across the group’s portfolio. Reporting to the Board, the CEO will drive RevPAR and profitability growth, uphold world-class brand and service standards, deepen owner and investor relationships, and steer the development pipeline through openings and acquisitions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the group’s overall strategy, portfolio performance, and long-term value creation across all owned and managed properties.
• Drive revenue performance, occupancy, ADR, and RevPAR growth across the portfolio through commercial and distribution excellence.
• Uphold and elevate brand, service, and quality standards in line with international luxury benchmarks.
• Cultivate strong relationships with property owners, investors, brand partners, and tourism authorities.
• Steer the development and expansion pipeline, including new openings, conversions, and selective acquisitions.
• Oversee asset management strategy, capex programmes, and property-level P&L performance.
• Champion a guest-first culture that consistently delivers industry-leading satisfaction scores.
• Lead, develop, and inspire a multi-national executive team and workforce across multiple countries.
• Ensure full compliance with regulatory, licensing, and ESG commitments across operating jurisdictions.

Requirements:

• 12+ years of senior leadership experience in hospitality, including cluster, area, or group-level management.
• Proven success as a CEO, COO, or regional head within branded hotel groups or luxury resort operators.
• Deep commercial expertise in revenue management, distribution, and owner relations.
• Track record of successful hotel openings, repositioning, or portfolio expansion.
• Strong financial literacy, including hotel P&L, asset management, and investment appraisal.
• Established network within the global hospitality investment and brand community.
• International experience, with GCC exposure strongly preferred; Arabic is an advantage.
• Degree in hospitality management or business; master’s degree preferred.
