Responsibilities

Qualifications
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or Project Management.
- 7+ years of experience in industrial project management, supply chain, or heavy machinery.
- Strong knowledge of lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, and process automation.
Preferred Qualifications
- PMP or Lean Six Sigma certification.
- Experience in heavy equipment, construction technology, or automation.
- Proficiency in SAP, ERP systems, and data-driven project management tools.
