Qualifications
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or Project Management.
- 7+ years of experience in real estate development, urban planning, or construction.
- Proven ability to manage multi-million-dollar real estate projects.
Preferred Qualifications
- PMP or RICS certification.
- Experience in luxury property developments and high-rise construction.
- Strong knowledge of green building certifications, smart city initiatives, and cost control strategies.
