Responsibilities
- Oversee financial reporting, cash flow management, and cost control for BYD’s EV and battery divisions.
- Ensure compliance with global financial regulations, IFRS, and China’s tax policies.
- Drive investment planning and financial risk assessment for new manufacturing plants and R&D initiatives.
- Optimize working capital and financial performance across global operations.
- Develop budgeting and forecasting models for production and supply chain finance.
- Work closely with government agencies and financial institutions to secure funding and incentives.
- Implement automation and AI-driven financial analysis tools to enhance decision-making.
- Support strategic acquisitions and partnerships in the EV and clean energy sectors.
Qualifications
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration.
- 8+ years of experience in financial management, automotive finance, or corporate finance.
- Strong understanding of financial reporting, cost analysis, and investment planning.
Preferred Qualifications
- CPA, ACCA, or CFA certification.
- Experience in electric vehicles, renewable energy, or battery manufacturing.
- Strong ability to develop financial models for capital investment and operational efficiency.
- Knowledge of global EV markets, regulatory requirements, and government subsidies.
- Proficiency in SAP, Oracle, and AI-driven financial tools.
