About the Role
Our client, a rapidly expanding logistics and freight company, is seeking a Chief Operating Officer (COO) to drive sustainable growth and operational excellence. Reporting directly to the CEO, the COO will oversee daily operations, ensure strategic alignment, and enhance efficiency across all business functions. This is a critical leadership role requiring strong experience in 3PL, freight, and logistics operations.
Key Responsibilities
✅ Strategic Leadership & Business Growth
- Develop and execute business strategies, plans, and procedures for long-term success.
