Role Overview

As an Accounts Receivable Manager, you will play a crucial role in managing customer invoicing, revenue recognition, and financial accuracy. You’ll work cross-functionally with Sales, Customer Service, Credit & Collections, and Finance to optimize processes, resolve discrepancies, and ensure accurate revenue reporting.

Key Responsibilities

📊 Invoice & Revenue Management – Ensure accurate invoicing, adjustments, and revenue recognition.
🔍 Financial Analysis – Review reports, resolve posting issues, and analyze quarterly accruals.
🤝 Cross-Department Collaboration – Partner with Sales, FP&A, and Shared Services for streamlined invoicing.
⚙ Process Optimization – Lead SAP enhancements, system upgrades, and automation.
📈 Tax & Compliance – Oversee sales tax assessment, credit memos, and deferred revenue entries.
🚀 Special Projects – Implement efficiency improvements in accounts receivable operations.

What You Need

✔ Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business, or related field.
✔ 10+ years of invoicing/accounts receivable experience.
✔ Strong SAP expertise (billing, revenue recognition, and returns).
✔ Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
✔ Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
✔ Ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications

✅ Deep understanding of SAP’s invoicing & revenue recognition modules.
✅ Experience with customer portals & cash application systems.
✅ Proven leadership in process improvement initiatives.
