Role Overview
The Senior Accounts Payable Accountant will oversee the full cycle of accounts payable, ensuring smooth financial operations. Reporting to the Director of AP, this role involves invoice management, reconciliations, and collaboration with internal and external stakeholders to maintain financial accuracy.

Key Responsibilities:

• Reconcile accounts payable transactions and monthly statements.
• Validate invoices for accuracy, approvals, and compliance with PO processes.
• Conduct bank reconciliation for 50+ cash accounts.
• Perform monthly intercompany reconciliations.
• Manage Ramp card reconciliation for 1000+ expenses per month.
• Coordinate with vendors to resolve invoice discrepancies.
• Assist with month-end close processes, accrual journals, and analysis.
• Oversee staff to ensure timely invoice processing.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in finance or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in an AP management role.
• Expertise in AP month-end processes, bank reconciliation, and intercompany transactions.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Oracle/NetSuite.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with internal and external partners.
• Flexibility for month-end close and ad-hoc projects.
