Partner Success Manager
Location: Remote | Full-time

Job Overview:

We are seeking a Partner Success Manager to build strong relationships with Accountant and Reseller Partners. In this role, you will help partners maximize the use of our platform, improve workflows, and ensure a seamless customer experience. You will collaborate with product and engineering teams, advocate for partners, and drive feature adoption.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage strong partner relationships, turning them into long-term advocates.
  • Provide expert guidance on platform features like Payroll, Benefits, and Reporting/Analytics to improve workflows.
  • Drive adoption of new product features and enhancements.
  • Offer high-quality customer support and resolve partner issues with urgency.
  • Act as a bridge between partners and product teams to refine and improve offerings.
  • Conduct business reviews to ensure partner success in collaboration with Channel AEs.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in a SaaS company, preferably in HCM or payroll.
  • Strong background in payroll management.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain customer or partner relationships.
  • Strong time management and problem-solving skills.
  • Passion for training and helping partners succeed.
