Job Title: Managing Director (Part-Time)

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Managing Director to join our team on a part-time basis. The successful candidate will be responsible for helping to design, develop, and implement strategic plans to help our company work in a cost- and time-efficient manner. Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve company goals and objectives
- Lead and manage a team of professionals to ensure high performance and productivity
- Provide guidance and support to staff members to help them reach their full potential
- Oversee budgeting and financial management to ensure profitability and sustainability
- Collaborate with key stakeholders to drive innovation and continuous improvement
- Monitor and evaluate performance metrics to track progress and make data-driven decisions
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field; Master’s degree preferred
- Proven track record of success in a leadership role, preferably in a similar industry
- Strong strategic planning and decision-making skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- Solid understanding of budgeting and financial management principles
