Manager, Corporate Accounting

Overview

We are hiring a Manager, Corporate Accounting to oversee financial operations for Porsche Cars North America (PCNA), Porsche Logistics Services (PLS), and Porsche Cars Canada (PCL). This role is responsible for IFRS financial reporting, internal controls, and compliance, while ensuring seamless coordination with senior management and external auditors.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead financial reporting for PCNA, PLS, and PCL, ensuring compliance with IFRS standards.
• Participate in monthly financial close meetings with the CFO.
• Supervise a team of accountants, ensuring high-quality work and compliance.
• Develop and implement accounting policies, maintaining internal financial controls.
• Act as the primary contact for auditors during quarterly reviews and annual audits.
• Support treasury operations with cash flow forecasts and financial reports.
• Oversee general ledger maintenance and ensure accuracy in financial statements.
• Work closely with the Shared Services team for issue resolution.

Requirements

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in finance or accounting (CPA preferred).
• Experience: 8-10 years in full-cycle accounting, including leadership roles.
• Skills:
  • Strong financial analysis and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and SAP FI/CO.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
