Position Overview
The Loan Operations Specialist will be the primary liaison between brokers, underwriters, appraisal reviewers, and closers, ensuring loan pipelines are efficiently managed. The role requires strong organization, attention to detail, and expertise in mortgage processes to facilitate smooth loan approvals and compliance.
Key Responsibilities
📌 Pipeline & Ticket Management – Oversee loan queues, ensuring timely processing per company lending/service standards.
📞 Broker & Sales Communication – Provide updates on loan statuses, appraisals, VA/FHA case assignments, and verification tasks.
📑 Loan Documentation Review – Request and verify loan documents to meet underwriting conditions.
⚖️ Compliance & Quality Control – Stay updated on company policies to ensure regulatory compliance.
💬 Team Coordination – Maintain strong communication between brokers, sales, operations, and leadership.
📊 Vendor & System Management – Handle appraisal orders, FHA/VA case assignments, and vendor escalations using Zoho.
⏳ End-of-Month Support – Work flexible hours during peak periods to manage high loan volumes.
What You Need
✔️ 5+ years of mortgage experience (Required).
✔️ 5+ years of Encompass software experience (Required).
✔️ Strong organization & communication skills.
✔️ Understanding of loan processes, credit, and documentation.
✔️ Ability to multitask and meet deadlines with minimal supervision.
✔️ Commitment to high-quality service for broker partners & account executives.
Compensation & Benefits
💰 Pay: $24.00 – $26.00 per hour
