• Drive operational and product excellence while managing teams and recommending process improvements for production, equipment maintenance, compliance, safety, sales, and customer relationships teams
• Lead new training efforts to take already-talented managers and expert production workers to the next level of success
• Drive growth while elevating, expanding, and increasing success of sales and customer services teams

YOUR SKILLSET

• 15+ years of relevant production experience, including 5 years in senior management role(s) that involved cost management, production management, quality control, supply chain management, and technical troubleshooting
• Strong negotiation, interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills
• Proven track record for staying abreast of, adhering to, and enforcing industry compliance and safety standards
• Strong ability to motivate and inspire a team to new levels while streamlining processes, implementing industry best practices, and consistently meeting delivery deadlines
• Solutions-focused conflict management and problem-solving approach
• Proficient in ERP systems and MS Office Suite
• Preferred Master’s degree in operations management, business administration, or other related field
