Responsibilities
- Oversee financial reporting, compliance, and internal controls to ensure regulatory adherence.

- Manage cash flow, working capital, and financial risk mitigation strategies.
- Ensure compliance with GAAP, IFRS, tax laws, and corporate governance policies.
- Partner with senior leadership, operations, and business units to drive strategic financial initiatives.

- Work closely with auditors and regulatory bodies to ensure transparent and accurate financial reporting.
- Implement process improvements and automation to enhance financial operations and reporting accuracy.
Qualifications
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration.
- 8+ years of experience in financial management, corporate accounting, or audit.
- Strong knowledge of financial reporting, compliance, and internal controls.
Preferred Qualifications
- CPA, ACCA, or CMA certification.
- Experience in healthcare, pharmaceuticals, or FMCG industries.
- Proven ability to implement financial strategies and optimize business performance.
- Expertise in SAP, Oracle, and financial automation tools.
