Job Overview
We are seeking a Finance Manager with 5 to 10 years of experience in real estate, property development, or contracting. The ideal candidate will be responsible for financial planning, analysis, and operations, ensuring regulatory compliance and optimizing cash flow. This role requires strong leadership skills, strategic financial acumen, and expertise in real estate finance.
Key Responsibilities
Financial Strategy & Planning
✔ Develop and oversee financial accounting, budgeting, and forecasting processes to align with business objectives.
✔ Conduct detailed financial analysis and provide insights to support real estate project decision-making.
✔ Evaluate project feasibility and provide financial recommendations for property development investments.
Financial Operations & Compliance
✔ Oversee accounts receivable, accounts payable, and tax compliance to maintain financial health.
✔ Ensure full compliance with UAE real estate finance regulations, escrow laws, and legal requirements.
✔ Manage cash flow, liquidity, and financial risk to support operational needs.
Reporting & Performance Monitoring
✔ Prepare and present accurate financial reports, statements, and performance metrics to senior management.
✔ Monitor and ensure compliance with financial policies, audit requirements, and corporate governance.
✔ Optimize financial models for property development, investment analysis, and cost control.
Leadership & Team Management
✔ Lead, mentor, and develop the finance team to enhance efficiency and expertise.
✔ Foster a culture of financial discipline and accountability within the organization.
✔ Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to drive business growth.
Qualifications & Experience
✔ Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field (CA, ACCA, CIMA preferred).
✔ 5 to 10 years of experience in real estate finance, property development, or contracting.
✔ Strong understanding of financial planning, project financing, and industry-specific accounting practices.
✔ Expertise in budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling for real estate projects.
✔ In-depth knowledge of UAE financial regulations, tax laws, and escrow requirements.
✔ Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
✔ Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
✔ Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment.
