CleanChoice Energy is a national renewable energy provider dedicated to making clean energy accessible and rewarding. We are expanding our team and seeking a Manager of Finance to support strategic financial planning, capital transactions, and business development.

Role Overview

The Manager, Finance will play a crucial role in financial analysis, strategic forecasting, and corporate transactions. This individual will develop financial models, evaluate investment opportunities, and support M&A and capital transactions.

Key Responsibilities

• Strategic Planning: Assist in long-term financial forecasting and scenario planning (7-year plan).
• Financial Modeling: Build and maintain financial models for capital alternatives and business expansion.
• Capital Transactions: Support funding processes, maintain transaction data rooms, and conduct due diligence.
• Business Development: Evaluate mergers, acquisitions, partnerships, and financing opportunities.
• Corporate Communications: Assist in preparing investor and board presentations.

Qualifications & Skills

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• Experience: 3-5 years in investment banking, renewable energy finance, or financial analysis.
• Skills:
  • Strong financial modeling skills (renewable energy experience preferred).
  • Knowledge of GAAP accounting, equity, and debt structures.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure with tight deadlines.

📍 Location: Remote
💰 Salary: $120,000 – $140,000 + incentive plan
