The Opportunity: We’re seeking a strategic, results-driven Director of Outbound Sales to build, manage, and scale a world-class outbound sales team. This role combines strategic leadership with high earning potential, offering a generous base salary plus an uncapped performance incentive (2.5% override on team sales). Annual earning potential exceeds $200,000 based on team performance.
Role & Responsibilities:
- Recruit, onboard, and develop a high-performing team of outbound sales specialists.
- Design, implement, and continuously refine outbound sales strategies (cold calling, ZoomInfo, LinkedIn, Twitter/X outreach).
- Establish clear KPIs, conduct regular sales meetings, and provide individual coaching and pipeline management.
- Leverage HubSpot CRM to manage sales processes and analyze data to drive continuous improvement.
- Collaborate closely with marketing, operations, and product teams to optimize lead quality and sales conversions.
Ideal Candidate:
- Proven experience successfully building and leading outbound sales teams selling premium services ($20k+).
- Skilled in cold outreach, team coaching, and strategic sales leadership.
- Familiarity or background in health optimization, concierge medicine, professional sports, or performance-driven industries preferred.
- Exceptional analytical skills, comfortable using CRM data to optimize performance.
- A natural leader who can foster a results-focused, highly motivated sales culture.
