Client Account Manager (Remote, US-Based)

Pay: $25 – $40 per hour

Hours: Part-time (20+ hours/week) with potential for full-time

What You’ll Do:

• Client Relationship Management – Be the main point of contact, addressing client needs and feedback.
• Campaign Oversight – Collaborate with the strategist and project manager to execute marketing campaigns.
• Quality Assurance – Ensure all content and design align with brand standards.
• Project Coordination – Keep timelines clear and projects organized to meet client deadlines.

What We’re Looking For:

• 4+ years of experience in digital marketing or agency-based client account management.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and dependable.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to manage multiple client projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be US-based and available during US business hours.

You’re Probably NOT a Good Fit If:

• You expect more than $40/hour.
• You’re not US-based or can’t commit to US business hours.
• You lack 3+ years of agency-based client management experience.
• You struggle with attention to detail or managing multiple projects.
