Client Account Manager (Remote, US-Based)
Pay: $25 – $40 per hour
Hours: Part-time (20+ hours/week) with potential for full-time

We are a boutique US-based web development and marketing agency, specializing in high-quality marketing solutions. While we serve diverse industries, we are shifting our focus to psychologists and mental health professionals in 2025.
What You’ll Do:
- Client Relationship Management – Be the main point of contact, addressing client needs and feedback.
- Campaign Oversight – Collaborate with the strategist and project manager to execute marketing campaigns.
- Quality Assurance – Ensure all content and design align with brand standards.
- Project Coordination – Keep timelines clear and projects organized to meet client deadlines.
What We’re Looking For:
- 4+ years of experience in digital marketing or agency-based client account management.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and dependable.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to manage multiple client projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Must be US-based and available during US business hours.
You’re Probably NOT a Good Fit If:
- You expect more than $40/hour.
- You’re not US-based or can’t commit to US business hours.
- You lack 3+ years of agency-based client management experience.
- You struggle with attention to detail or managing multiple projects.
