Job Title: Chief Technology Officer (CTO)

Salary: $100,000 – $125,000 per year

About Us: We are a fast-growing company in the Flooring sector seeking an experienced Chief Technology Officer (CTO) to join our leadership team. Our company thrives on innovation and is committed to leveraging technology to streamline operations and enhance customer experience.
Position Overview: The CTO will be responsible for developing and implementing the company’s technology strategy to support our rapid growth. This role requires a proactive leader with strong technical skills and the ability to build scalable solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive technology strategy aligned with business objectives.
- Lead the development and integration of software systems including CRM and logistics platforms.
- Build and maintain middleware solutions to connect multiple business systems.
- Oversee and enhance our Microsoft-based technology stack, including MS Dynamics, Business Central, Power BI, and Power Automate.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure technology solutions meet company goals.
- Manage technology vendors and external partners to deliver projects efficiently.
- Develop the company’s website front-end to improve user experience.
- Ensure security, compliance, and data protection across all technology systems.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a CTO or similar leadership role.
- Strong expertise in MS Dynamics, Business Central, Power BI, and Power Automate.
- Proficiency in Microsoft-based coding languages.
- Experience in building and maintaining middleware solutions.
- Strong project management and leadership skills.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate with diverse teams.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in fast-growing industries or startups.
- Familiarity with CRM and logistics system development.
