A leading Medical Insurance and Third-Party Administrator (TPA) company in the UAE is seeking a highly experienced Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to lead its financial strategy, regulatory compliance, and operational finance functions. This role is crucial for ensuring financial stability, compliance with UAE regulatory frameworks, and driving business growth in a dynamic healthcare insurance sector.

Key Responsibilities
Financial Strategy & Leadership
- Develop and implement financial strategies that align with the company’s long-term goals in the medical insurance and TPA sector.
- Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning, ensuring profitability and sustainable business growth.
- Provide strategic financial insights to senior management and board members to guide decision-making.
Regulatory Compliance & Risk Management
- Ensure full compliance with Central Bank of UAE regulations, IFRS standards, and other financial governance requirements.
- Oversee internal audits, risk management frameworks, and financial due diligence.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of medical insurance and TPA regulatory policies and implement best practices for compliance.
Financial Operations & Reporting
- Manage all financial operations, including accounting, treasury, taxation, and financial reporting.
- Prepare and present financial reports, balance sheets, and profit & loss statements to executive leadership.
- Implement cost control measures and financial efficiencies to optimize operational performance.
Investment & Capital Management
- Manage the company’s capital structure, ensuring financial sustainability and growth.
- Oversee relationships with banks, investors, and financial institutions for fundraising and investment opportunities.
- Lead financial modeling, valuations, and strategic financial planning for expansion initiatives.
Technology & Process Optimization
- Drive digital transformation in finance, leveraging ERP systems, automation, and AI for improved financial operations.
- Implement modern financial technologies to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and compliance.
Team Leadership & Development
- Build and mentor a high-performing finance team, ensuring strong financial governance and operational excellence.
- Foster a culture of accountability, efficiency, and continuous improvement within the finance department.
Qualifications & Experience
- CA (India), ACA, or ACCA qualification is required.
- Holding a Diploma in IFRS (Dip. IFR) will be an added advantage.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in a similar role within a medical insurance company or TPA.
- Strong knowledge of insurance regulatory compliance strategies and UAE Central Bank financial guidelines.
- Experience in financial audits, risk management, and regulatory reporting.
- Fluent in English; proficiency in Arabic is a plus.
- Expertise in financial software and ERP systems for automation and efficiency.
