Your Role

As CFO, you will be a strategic leader, driving financial planning, compliance, and capital-raising initiatives as we expand globally. You’ll work directly with the CEO and leadership team to ensure financial sustainability and growth execution.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Financial Leadership:

• Develop and oversee financial strategies aligned with growth objectives.
• Forecast economic trends and assess their impact on the business.
• Identify and execute expansion opportunities in new product areas.
• Drive planning processes and optimize financial operations.

Financial Management & Compliance:

• Prepare financial statements, budgets, and investor reports.
• Ensure compliance with UAE & US financial regulations and tax laws.
• Implement robust risk management and corporate governance practices.

Cash Flow & Treasury Oversight:

• Manage cash flow, liquidity, and treasury functions.
• Develop investment strategies to support long-term growth.
• Lead capital-raising efforts, engaging VC firms and PE funds.

Team & Vendor Management:

• Supervise finance personnel and external partners.
• Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts.

Reporting & Analysis:

• Provide financial forecasts and strategic insights to leadership.
• Identify and recommend operational efficiencies.

What You Bring

Experience & Expertise:

• 5+ years in financial leadership roles; startup experience preferred.
• Proven track record in investment banking, venture capital, and fundraising.
• Strong network of PE funds in the USA & MENA region.
• Deep knowledge of MENA & US financial laws and tax structures.

Qualifications:

• BSc/BA in Finance, Accounting, or related field (MSc/MBA preferred).
• Expertise in treasury management, financial forecasting, and risk management.

Skills & Attributes:

• Strong strategic thinking, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to lead in a remote, fast-paced environment.
• Must reside in Dubai and have an established financial network.
