We’re Lick Honest Ice Creams and have been producing the finest, locally sourced, seasonally inspired ice creams in Austin since 2011! We work hard and get rave reviews from media outlets around the country. We are rapidly expanding and looking for outgoing, happy, responsible, and positive individuals who love ice cream as much as we do to join our ice cream family!

Summary
Your mission, should you choose to accept it, is to help our business reach its full potential as a coast-to-coast brand. You must do it in a way that is authentic to brand values. Many people in our hometown of Austin and across central Texas already know and love Lick. We are entrusting you to take that goodwill and grow it across the country.
Responsibilities
- Set multi-year & annual operating goals to drive progress towards the coast-to-coast vision
- Create and execute operating plans to meet or exceed targets
- Take the utmost care of our customers, team members, partners, vendors and suppliers
- Build teams and develop business leaders at the leadership and management team levels (5-7 direct reports)
- Grow revenue and profitability to support the ongoing stability of the company
- Keep board and key team members in the know with consistent communication
- Maintain a high level of governance standards with the board
Outcomes
- Break the $10M revenue level
- Achieve year-over-year growth in revenue and profitability
- Establish a brand presence across the country
Qualifications
- 5+ years in management / leadership positions, preferably in the food space
- Track record of driving business growth through setting goals and meeting targets
- Prior CEO experience not required, C-suite experience a plus

- Pay for performance comp structure, base salary covers basic needs, upside via bonus and equity compensation
