Job Summary:

The Chief Executive Officer (CEO) is responsible for the overall leadership, strategic planning, and operational management of the home care agency. This includes ensuring high-quality patient care, regulatory compliance, financial stability, and business growth. The CEO will work closely with the executive team, caregivers, and community partners to expand services and maintain a strong reputation in the healthcare industry.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Leadership & Growth

• Develop and execute the agency?s strategic vision and long-term goals.
• Identify growth opportunities, including service expansions, partnerships, and market positioning.
• Monitor industry trends and adapt business strategies accordingly.

Operational Management

• Oversee daily operations to ensure efficient and high-quality service delivery.
• Establish policies and procedures to maintain compliance with state, federal, and local regulations.
• Implement best practices for caregiver recruitment, retention, and training.

Financial Oversight

• Manage the agency?s budget, ensuring profitability and cost control.
• Oversee billing, insurance reimbursements, and financial reporting.
• Identify funding opportunities and revenue growth strategies.

Regulatory & Compliance

• Ensure compliance with all healthcare laws, licensing requirements, and accreditation standards.
• Maintain high standards of patient safety, quality of care, and ethical business practices.
• Conduct regular audits and implement corrective actions as needed.

Team Leadership & Culture

• Recruit, train, and retain a high-performing leadership team and caregivers.
• Foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture that promotes employee engagement.
• Conduct performance evaluations and provide professional development opportunities.

Community & Client Relations

• Build strong relationships with clients, families, healthcare professionals, and referral sources.
• Promote the agency?s services through community outreach and marketing efforts.
• Address client concerns and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
