Overview

Saudi Telecom Company (STC), a leading provider of telecommunications, digital solutions, and ICT services, is seeking a Business Development Manager to drive strategic growth, enterprise partnerships, and digital transformation initiatives. The ideal candidate will have experience in telecommunications, B2B sales, and technology-driven business development, with expertise in digital infrastructure, enterprise connectivity solutions, and smart city projects. Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement business expansion strategies to drive STC’s presence in enterprise and government sectors.
  • Identify and secure strategic partnerships with corporate clients, tech firms, and public entities.
  • Lead negotiations for joint ventures, digital transformation initiatives, and infrastructure investments.
  • Drive 5G network expansion, IoT adoption, and cloud-based enterprise solutions.
  • Collaborate with sales, engineering, and product development teams to design tailor-made solutions for enterprise customers.
  • Conduct market research, risk assessments, and competitive analysis to identify high-growth opportunities.
  • Support national Vision 2030 initiatives by securing strategic telecom and technology partnerships.
  • Oversee contract structuring, pricing models, and investment planning for large-scale projects.
  • Represent STC at technology summits, industry forums, and business development conferences.
  • Stay updated on emerging trends in digital transformation, cybersecurity, and telecom regulations.

Qualifications

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Telecommunications, or Technology Management.
  • 8+ years of experience in business development, strategic sales, or enterprise partnerships.
  • Strong expertise in telecom, cloud solutions, IoT, or B2B technology sales.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in 5G network deployment, digital infrastructure, or smart city solutions.
  • Deep understanding of Saudi Arabia’s telecom regulations and investment policies.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools, sales analytics, and enterprise resource planning systems.
  • Strong negotiation, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
