Overview
Almarai, the largest food and beverage company in the Middle East, is looking for a Business Development Manager to drive market expansion, strategic partnerships, and revenue growth in the dairy, beverage, and food processing industries. Responsibilities
- Develop and implement business growth strategies to expand Almarai’s market share in the GCC and global markets.
- Identify and secure strategic partnerships with retail chains, food service providers, and international distributors.
- Negotiate and manage trade agreements, product distribution deals, and corporate supply chain contracts.
- Drive sales performance across Almarai’s dairy, juice, bakery, and poultry product categories.
- Conduct market research, competitor benchmarking, and consumer trend analysis to identify new opportunities.
- Collaborate with marketing, supply chain, and R&D teams to align business development efforts with product innovation.
- Manage pricing strategies, promotional campaigns, and sales forecasting models.
- Oversee logistics partnerships and distribution networks, ensuring operational efficiency.
- Represent Almarai at global trade fairs, industry forums, and investor meetings.
- Stay updated on global food safety regulations, sustainability practices, and emerging FMCG trends.
Qualifications
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or Supply Chain Management.
- 7+ years of experience in FMCG business development, B2B sales, or distribution partnerships.
- Strong expertise in market expansion strategies, trade negotiations, and food industry trends.
