Role Overview
As an Accounts Payable Manager, you’ll lead AP processes, ensure accurate vendor payments, and drive efficiency improvements within our finance operations. You’ll collaborate with the Finance Manager and cross-functional teams to enhance workflows, maintain compliance, and optimize cash flow management.
Key Responsibilities
📌 Manage Full-Cycle AP – Oversee invoice processing, vendor payments, and expense reimbursements.
🔍 Ensure Accuracy & Compliance – Review invoices, manage vendor onboarding, and enforce internal controls.
💰 Vendor & Expense Oversight – Handle corporate credit card transactions and monitor AP aging reports.
📊 Financial Analysis – Track AP trends, provide insights for budgeting and planning, and assist in month-end close.
🛠 ERP Optimization – Improve workflows within Sage Intacct, Tipalti, or similar platforms.
✅ Audit & Tax Compliance – Prepare documentation for audits, regulatory filings, and 1099 reporting.
What You Need
✔️ 3+ years in accounts payable or general accounting.
✔️ Bachelor’s degree in Accounting/Finance (preferred).
✔️ ERP system expertise (Sage Intacct, Tipalti, or similar).
✔️ Strong understanding of AP best practices, financial reporting, and internal controls.
✔️ Experience with multi-entity/multi-currency accounting (preferred).
✔️ Excellent attention to detail, problem-solving, and communication skills.
✔️ Ability to optimize workflows and drive process improvements.
✔️ Market research industry experience is a plus!
