We are seeking a dedicated Project Engineer to assist in the delivery of projects at 250 Bishopsgate, London. In this role, you will be responsible for project implementation, delivery, documentation, handover, and warranty management.

Job Description

You will ensure the highest standards of Health & Safety are maintained on all relevant projects, implementing and complying with all statutory and ISS procedures. Additionally, you will oversee the implementation of the ISS Safe Systems of Work (SSOW), including the production of all necessary project permits.

Key Responsibilities

  • Ideally the job holder should have been educated to at least NVQ level 4 or equivalent full technical standard
  • Technical expertise, qualifications in an engineering discipline would be an important pre-requisite of the role. Ideally HV/LV trained
  • Knowledge of key operational procedures, eg, project road maps, planned maintenance systems, Quality and Health & Safety
  • Full knowledge of information technology, Windows, spreadsheets, keyboard skills, etc.
  • Ensure that all works undertaken are completed to ISS, Client and good practice trade standards
  • Support the Technical Project Manager in the implementation and delivery of projects & technical support services across the Client account in order to ensure high standard of service
  • Liaise with Client on change control, planning, opportunities, risks and documents

Professional and Personal Competencies/Qualifications

  • Trained to operate HV & LV electrical switch panels
  • Demonstrate experience of managing Health & Safety compliance
  • Demonstrate IT literacy
  • Demonstrate experience and competency with PDA and mobile telephone software and applications
  • Strong communicator with great interpersonal skills.
  • Knowledge of Statutory requirements within the construction arena
  • CDM Knowledge
