Your Responsibilities
Plan and prepare an annual manpower acquisition plan and budget, ensuring that the target is met and that the budget is followed.
Prepare and maintain the MIS for all recruitment to be submitted to management every month.
Ensure that policies, procedures and techniques are adhered and improved whilst covering all the areas of employee relations, compensation etc.
Support new digitization projects across the vertical and ensure HR functions are designed and operated using ERP systems.
Manage HRIS effectively to ensure that the system contains accurate and complete data.
Ensure effective HR policy implementation in CHQ, as well as statutory compliance with regard to people practices and processes.
Provide generalist support to the teams by managing employee relations investigations stemming from complaints, preparing responses to employee concerns, and recommending risk mitigation resolutions and measures.
Develop rewards and retention strategies to boost employee engagement and motivation, as well as design a fair promotion policy/guideline for managing an employee’s career advancement within the company.
Manage performance appraisals, payroll, and related processes to ensure that HR budgets are met and compensation is paid on time.
Education & Experience
Bachelors or Masters in business, management, Human Resource or other related discipline.
6+ years’ experience in HR Operations with at least 4 years’ experience in a generalist role.
Prior work experience in the Healthcare sector is preferred.
Good understanding of the local labour law and employment equity regulations.
