We are seeking an ambitious and proactive Head of Retail Partnerships to join our team and help us strengthen the retailer partnerships pipeline globally.


As the Head of Retail Partnerships, you will have a high-level responsibility for the global development and expansion of our retailer partnerships network. This includes strategically planning, implementing, and managing partnerships and integrations with e-Retailers worldwide. You will oversee a team of 5 Retailer Managers from different regions (EU, MENA, APAC, LATAM, CIS) and report their progress to the Growth Director.


Responsibilities:

• Manage and coach Retailer Partnership Managers from EU, MENA, APAC, LATAM, CIS regions.

• Introduce 24TTL solutions to retailers to expand the current 24TTL retailer base

• Actively manage 24TTL’s retailer partnerships pipeline and report progress to Growth Director

• Control setting up new retailer connections according to client requirements

• Co-work with 24TTL clients on defining the communication strategy towards retailers

• Cooperate with the Sales and Customer Success Teams from all regional branches.


This position requires a sales background and e-commerce experience, as you will need a good understanding of online retailers and leading brands in different regions. With your strategic vision, you will help shape and drive the future of our partnership direction.


Requirements:

• Sales-minded person

• Ability to manage a team of Sales Professionals

• Excellent communication and persuasion skills (via phone, email, web-call presentations)

• Passion for e-commerce and technology

• Creating and giving presentations

• Must enjoy and understand the world of brands, retailers, their agencies

• Love working in an international team

• Professional level of English is required for this position

• Professional level of Russian is required for this position
